Proses Konfirmasi Alamat, Ongkos Kirim, dan Pengiriman Pesanan

Setelah penjual menerima pesanan dari pembeli, Findit akan melakukan konfirmasi alamat apabila alamat pembeli atau penjual belum diisi secara lengkap. Selain itu, Findit juga akan melakukan pengecekan ulang terhadap nominal ongkos kirim.

Apabila produk memiliki ukuran atau volume besar serta jarak pengiriman yang cukup jauh, terdapat kemungkinan ongkos kirim tambahan akan dikenakan. Dalam hal ini, Findit akan menginformasikan dan menagihkan selisih ongkos kirim tersebut kepada pembeli. Proses pengiriman akan dilanjutkan setelah alamat terkonfirmasi dan selisih ongkos kirim telah dibayarkan atau disetujui oleh pembeli (jika ada).

Setelah seluruh proses tersebut selesai, tim Findit akan memesan kurir untuk melakukan penjemputan (pick up) paket ke alamat penjual. Nomor resi pengiriman akan diinformasikan kepada penjual melalui WhatsApp, dan penjual wajib menuliskan nomor resi tersebut pada kemasan luar paket.

Opsi Drop Off Paket

Apabila penjual ingin melakukan drop off paket secara mandiri tanpa menunggu proses pick up dari jasa kirim, penjual dapat menghubungi Customer Service (CS) Findit untuk meminta barcode drop off. Barcode tersebut dapat ditunjukkan kepada pihak jasa kirim saat proses drop off.Baik pengiriman melalui pick up maupun drop off, penjual tidak dikenakan biaya tambahan apa pun. Apabila terjadi kendala selama proses penjemputan paket atau drop off, penjual dapat segera menghubungi Customer Service Findit melalui WhatsApp di nomor 0811-900-13750 untuk mendapatkan bantuan lebih lanjut.

Address Confirmation, Shipping Fee, and Order Delivery Process

After the seller accepts an order from a buyer, Findit will verify the address details if the buyer’s or seller’s address is incomplete. Findit will also recheck the shipping fee for the order.

If the product has a large size or high volume and the delivery distance is significant, there may be a possibility of additional shipping fees. In such cases, Findit will inform the buyer and request payment or approval for the shipping fee difference. The delivery process will proceed only after the address has been confirmed and the additional shipping fee has been paid or approved by the buyer, if applicable.

Once all confirmations are completed, the Findit team will arrange a courier to pick up the package from the seller’s address. The shipping tracking number will be sent to the seller via WhatsApp, and the seller is required to write the tracking number clearly on the outer packaging.

Drop-Off Option

If the seller prefers to drop off the package directly without waiting for courier pickup, the seller may contact Findit Customer Service to request a drop-off barcode. This barcode should be presented to the courier service during the drop-off process.Both courier pickup and drop-off services are provided free of charge for sellers.
