Findit menyediakan berbagai metode pembayaran untuk memudahkan Anda dalam bertransaksi, yaitu:

Setelah proses checkout berhasil dilakukan, Anda akan diberikan batas waktu 39 menit 37 detik untuk menyelesaikan pembayaran. Apabila pembayaran tidak dilakukan dalam jangka waktu tersebut, pesanan akan dibatalkan secara otomatis oleh sistem, dan Anda perlu melakukan proses checkout ulang.
Ketentuan Pembayaran COD (Bayar di Tempat)
Metode pembayaran COD hanya dapat digunakan untuk produk dengan harga maksimal Rp500.000 serta kategori tertentu, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku di Findit. Produk yang mendukung metode pembayaran COD akan ditandai dengan logo COD pada halaman produk.
Perlu diperhatikan bahwa beberapa jasa pengiriman tidak mendukung metode COD, yaitu:
- J&T Cargo
- AnterAja Cargo
- Lalamove
Berdasarkan ketentuan dari pihak jasa pengiriman, pembeli wajib melakukan pembayaran COD terlebih dahulu sebelum menerima atau membuka paket. Untuk mengantisipasi kendala pada pesanan, pembeli disarankan untuk merekam video unboxing sebagai bukti apabila diperlukan dalam proses pelaporan kepada pihak Findit.

Metode pembayaran hanya dapat dipilih oleh pembeli pada saat proses checkout. Penjual tidak memiliki kewenangan untuk mengaktifkan atau menonaktifkan metode pembayaran tertentu. Selain itu, metode pembayaran tidak dapat diubah setelah pesanan berhasil dilakukan checkout. Oleh karena itu, pastikan Anda memilih metode pembayaran yang sesuai sebelum menyelesaikan transaksi.

Findit provides various payment methods to facilitate transactions, including:

After completing the checkout process, you will be given 39 minutes and 37 seconds to complete the payment. If the payment is not completed within this time limit, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system, and you will need to place the order again.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Terms
The COD payment method is only available for products with a maximum price of IDR 500,000 and within certain categories, in accordance with Findit’s terms and conditions. Products that are eligible for COD payment will be marked with a COD logo on the product page.
Please note that several delivery services do not support COD, including:
- J&T Cargo
- AnterAja Cargo
- Lalamove
In accordance with courier service policies, buyers are required to complete the COD payment before receiving or opening the package. To anticipate any potential issues with the order, buyers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video as supporting evidence in case a report needs to be submitted to Findit.
Additional Information
The payment method can only be selected by the buyer during the checkout process. Sellers do not have the ability to enable or disable specific payment methods. In addition, the selected payment method cannot be changed after the order has been successfully placed. Therefore, please ensure that you choose the most appropriate payment method before completing your transaction.
