Penjual tidak perlu khawatir apabila menerima produk pengembalian yang mengalami kendala. Untuk memastikan proses penanganan berjalan dengan baik, berikut beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan saat menerima paket pengembalian dari Pembeli:
- Dokumentasikan Proses Unboxing
Pastikan Anda mengambil foto dan video saat proses membuka paket (unboxing) dari Pembeli. Dokumentasi harus memperlihatkan:- Resi pengiriman dengan jelas, dan
- Kondisi atau kendala pada produk yang diterima.
- Konfirmasi kepada Pembeli
Apabila produk yang diterima mengalami kendala, lakukan konfirmasi terlebih dahulu kepada Pembeli melalui kolom chat di halaman Findit. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa tidak terdapat kendala lain pada produk sebelum barang dikirim kembali ke Penjual, selain alasan pengembalian yang disampaikan. - Hubungi Tim Findit
Jika Penjual telah melakukan kedua langkah di atas dan Pembeli mengonfirmasi bahwa tidak ada kendala pada produk sebelum dikirim ke Penjual, silakan menghubungi Tim Findit melalui Whatsapp atau Email. Sertakan informasi nama produk serta alamat email atau nomor ponsel yang terdaftar di akun Findit. Jangan lupa untuk melampirkan bukti foto dan video unboxing yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya.

Receiving Returned Products from Buyers
Sellers do not need to worry if they receive a returned product from a buyer that has an issue. To ensure the process is handled properly, please make sure to do the following when receiving a return package from a Buyer:
- Document the Unboxing Process
Make sure to take photos and videos while unboxing the package from the Buyer. The documentation must clearly show:- The shipping receipt (tracking number), and
- The condition or issue found on the product.
- Confirm with the Buyer
If the received product has an issue, please confirm it first with the Buyer through the chat feature on the Findit page. This is to ensure that there were no other issues with the product before it was sent back to the Seller, aside from the stated reason for the return. - Contact the Findit Team
If the Seller has completed the two steps above and the Buyer confirms that there were no issues with the product before it was sent back, the Seller may contact the Findit Team via WhatsApp or Email. Please include the product name as well as the email address or phone number registered to the Findit account. Also, attach the unboxing photos and videos that were prepared earlier as supporting evidence.
