Panduan Pengemasan Produk di Findit

Untuk memastikan produk sampai ke pembeli dengan aman, penjual disarankan menggunakan dus yang kokoh serta menambahkan bubble wrap minimal tiga lapis di bagian dalam kemasan.

Memberikan perlindungan tambahan di dalam dus, seperti styrofoam atau busa pelindung atau packing kayu (barang elektronik), guna meminimalkan risiko kerusakan selama proses pengiriman.

Apabila produk termasuk rentan rusak, seperti produk elektronik atau barang pecah belah, pastikan untuk: Menambahkan label atau tanda “FRAGILE” pada bagian luar paket

Saat ini, Findit belum mewajibkan penempelan label pengiriman pada paket. Namun demikian, penjual wajib menuliskan nomor resi pengiriman pada kemasan luar produk agar paket dapat diidentifikasi dengan mudah.

Sebagai informasi tambahan, penjual wajib membuat video saat proses pengemasan (packing). Video tersebut berfungsi sebagai bukti pendukung apabila terjadi kendala atau permasalahan pada produk saat diterima oleh pembeli dan diperlukan dalam proses pelaporan kepada pihak Findit.

To ensure that products arrive safely to buyers, sellers are advised to use sturdy cardboard boxes and add at least three layers of bubble wrap inside the package.

Provide additional protection inside the box, such as styrofoam, protective foam, or wooden packaging (for electronic items), to minimize the risk of damage during the shipping process.

For fragile items, such as electronic products or breakable goods, sellers should: Attach a “FRAGILE” label on the outside of the package

At this time, Findit does not require sellers to attach a shipping label to the package. However, sellers are required to clearly write the shipping tracking number on the outer packaging to ensure proper identification.

As additional information, sellers are required to record a video during the packing process. This video serves as supporting evidence in the event of any issues or disputes when the product is received by the buyer and may be required when reporting the case to Findit.
